Travatan drop

Travatan is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing Travoprost, a synthetic prostaglandin analogue. It is designed to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. By increasing the outflow of aqueous humor from the eye, it helps protect the optic nerve and prevent vision loss. It is typically prescribed for once-daily administration, preferably in the evening, to achieve optimal pressure-lowering efficacy.
